Q-Team – это информационный центр, где студенты могут получить подробные ответы на все возникающие вопросы. Мы предлагаем бесплатные, беспристрастные, непредвзятые и конфиденциальные консультации по широкому кругу вопросов, таких как жилье, финансы, Академические проблемы, направление к психиатру, которые могут негативно повлиять на успеваемость студента. При необходимости студенты направляются в соответствующий отдел, который может решить проблему.

Student Support Office — Q Team is a dedicated team committed to supporting students throughout their academic journey. We help students successfully adapt to university life by providing academic, organizational, and personal support.

The Q-TEAM is an information hub where students can get detailed answers to all emerging questions. We offer free, impartial, non-judgmental and confidential advice on a wide range of matters such as Student Union Affairs, Student Complain Procedures, Finance, Academic Issues. If necessary, students are referred to the appropriate department that can resolve the issue.

We provide guidance on academic procedures and requirements, support in overcoming academic challenges, and assistance with adapting to university academic standards.

Dedicated support for first-year and international students, helping them ensure a smooth transition and full integration into university life.

We provide answers to questions related to studies and student life, offer guidance on university services, and clarify university rules, policies, and procedures.

We offer assistance in stressful or difficult situations, provide support for emotional and social well-being, and give referrals to professional services when needed.

We act as a bridge by collecting and reviewing student feedback, supporting the resolution of conflicts, and communicating student suggestions to the university administration.

Promotes a healthy and active lifestyle through regular training sessions, sports games, and tournaments.

Includes regular sports competitions, interactive workshops, training sessions, as well as cultural and motivational meetings.
